Discover IT (double-sided folding pamphlet)
These pamphlets were given to staff at a Penn State IT all-staff meeting, giving employees a big-picture view of departmental initiatives including rolling out new software to students and faculty and adding cybersecurity alerts to the Penn State IT website. The project included creating custom illustrations to create a continuous design.
Knowledge Center Service Desk (posters)
A series of posters displayed outside Penn State's Knowledge Center Service Desk to inform students and faculty of basic online services available to them at Penn State. I included a QR code so passersby could directly interact with the posters to learn more about a given topic.
Penn State IT (website)
Redesign of the Penn State IT website, a one-stop shop for information about software, security, and IT support at the university. The goal was to situate the IT website within the broader IT brand and create a logical flow of information to improve user experience. This project involved auditing the then-existing website; adding, removing, and reorganizing content with UX/UI and accessibility best practices in mind; and deciding on a cohesive look for graphic assets.
